Movable Terrace Roof

The loft apartment upstairs has a 30m² roof terrace. This blends into the apartment on three sides through large glass surfaces. The fourth side provides a fascinating view of the surrounding landscape. An external blind system, which slats are tracked according to the position of the sun, provides sun protection and also prevents unwanted insights. Clou, however, is the movable roof shading, which works weather and brightness dependent. In the event of too much sunlight, the aluminum louvres provide cooling shade – but with a short click, residents can also enjoy the view of the sky at any time.
